Reviews for Shadow, Self, Spirit: Essays in Transpersonal Psychology

Shadow, Self, Spirit is one of the best-written and most comprehensive books on transpersonal psychology that I have come across. -- Louis Hoffman * PsycCRITIQUES (APA Review of Books) * Michael Daniels has succeeded in writing a thoroughly mulled mead hoping to inform if not enliven a sophisticated reader's appreciation of so-called mysticism. -- A.P. Bober * Metapsychology * Daniels covers a wide variety of subjects, ranging from holism and integration to Maslow's advocacy of self-actualisation, transcendence, and modes of mystical experience ... Daniels's [book] can be enjoyed chapter by independent chapter. -- Beta Bishop * The Scientific and Medical Network *
