Co-Editors: Edmond Rondeau, AIA Emeritus, RCFM, IFMA Fellow (USA). Editor-in-charge, liasion to the publisher, and a co-initator partner. He provides corporate real estate and facility management consulting and education services. His career spans over 40 years in facility management services, writing, teaching, and speaking on FM globally. Michaela Hellerforth (Germany) is a Facility Management lecturer, consultant and advisor to private companies, governmental agencies and municipalities, estate appraiser, author of numerous books and articles, and the former board member of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BIMA of Germany). Co-Initiator: Josef R. G. Mack (Germany). A trained Economist and Management Consultant, his scientific studies, research and publishing, and advisory assignments have included many of the aspects of Facility Management. He has been involved in governmental and private sector work, and academia in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the UK and the USA.
