`The material is presented in such a way that the non-specialist will readily learn the principles of an unfamiliar technique...I like the sections on bioanalytical methods and on environmental analyses, which do much to extend the scope of this book beyond traditional chemistry classes. I recommend Analytical Chemistry to those teaching and studying the subject at university.' Education in Chemistry 2004.`There is a simple design with well laid out text and uncomplicated diagrams. I particularly like the diagrams as they are very clear and would be easy for students to reproduce.
