THEODORE DIMON, JR is the director of the Dimon Institute in New York City and an adjunct professor at Columbia Teachers College. He teaches and lectures internationally. He earned both his masters and doctorate degrees in education from Harvard University and became certified to teach the Alexander Technique in 1983 at the Constructive Teaching Centre in London, England. He is a founding director of the American Society for the Alexander Technique.
